With deeper understanding of the client’s mental and physical conditions, yoga is taught one on one. This includes more of breathing practices and meditation and asanas to bring about balance which will help you deal with increasing energy level, immunity, physical strength and emotional balance.

Cervical Conditions

Therapy to release pain, pressure and relax the muscles to function comfortably. Empowering the clients to further handle the symptoms by short and simple daily practices which is taught one on one.

Lower Back, Shoulder Pain

Especially designed sequence of asanas to ease the pain and make the muscles stronger to avoid further deterioration of condition. Asanas to overcome the symptoms, strengthen the muscles around the back and core muscles to avoid any relapse. Certain self-correcting postures are taught to keep the condition at bay.

Teenagers

Growing stress and muscle inflexibility, yoga is taught to address both the issues and help them focus on academics and sports. Suitable age 14+ years.

Yoga for women

it helps them to relax, rejuvenate and discover joy in daily chores. Hatha Yoga helps maintain their health – physically, mentally and emotionally to help them combat any hormonal changes and make a smooth transition at various stages of life.
There are two regular group classes running every week. This session is personally very close to my heart as I have observed several positive changes in my clients who found it extremely challenging in the initial days.

Kriyas (Detoxing)

Offering special workshops to help clients detoxify twice a year using ancient methods. To prepare the body for change of season thereby improving immunity. These practices are done after a complete medical review and under proper supervision.

Person has to be a regular yoga practitioner for certain kriyas. Kriyas offered- Niti Kriya, Shankhaprakshalan, Kunjal Kriya.
